1. Contact

To help us solve it faster, please include:
- The email address you registered with Relis
- Your device, OS, and app version (or your browser, for the web version)
- What went wrong and any message you saw (attach a screenshot if you can)
2. AI Integration (ChatGPT, Claude, and others)
- How to connect, what to do when it does not connect, and how to disconnect: the Relis × AI guide
- You can review and disconnect connected AI apps in the app under Settings → AI Integration → Connected AI apps.
- If you find a connection you do not recognize, disconnect it right away and let us know.
3. Your Account and Data
- You can delete your account from the app's Settings.
- If you cannot do it in the app, email us at the address above with the subject "Account deletion request" and the email address of the account.
- See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
4. Reporting Public Content
If a public list or pack has a problem, use the report feature in the app. Contact details are also in the Public Content Policy.
5. Security Issues
If you find a vulnerability or abuse, please do not disclose it publicly. Email us at the address above with the subject "Security".
